Too Fast Too Much Too Soon
An advice easier to give than to practice : Never Too Fast Too Much Too Soon.
Am paying for it in low-grade fever, cough and more phlegm today.
Been to the doc, and was told that i had residual infectous cough which is continued irritation and mild infection from the terrible bout of cough and infection i had last 2 weeks. No antibiotic but 3 cough + blocked nose + antihisatamine guaranteed to knock me out.
I took after the kids settled for the nite at 10pm and i can barely keep my eyes open anymore.
